The Boy From Planet

During the fall of 1979 teenage boy called "Noah" wanders into a remote Bronx neighborhood and befriends a young girl in possession of a radio that he says can save his world. Unfortunate for him, the colorful and strange protectors of that area do not take kindly to unknowns prowling the rooftops looking into girls windows. Even if he is on a mission to save his world. Or is he?
